ICICI bank Timings

ICICI Bank timings in India on weekdays:

Morning Shift:

  • Opening Time: 9:30 AM

Afternoon Shift:

  • Non-metro branches: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
  • Metro branches: 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM
  • Closing Time:
  • Non-metro branches: 4:00 PM
  • Metro branches: 4:30 PM

 ICICI Bank branches are generally closed on Saturdays. However, some branches may operate on Saturdays with reduced hours, usually from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

ICICI Bank Lunch Timing

The lunch break timing at ICICI Bank branches is generally from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on weekdays. 

During this time, certain banking services may be temporarily unavailable. It is advisable to plan your visit to an ICICI Bank branch accordingly to avoid any inconvenience. Additionally, please note that the lunch timing may vary slightly from branch to branch, so it’s always a good idea to check with the specific branch or visit the official ICICI Bank website for the most accurate information regarding their lunch timings.

ICICI Bank timings in Lockdown and post lockdown

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, ICICI Bank, like other banks in India, made some changes to its working hours during the lockdown period in 2020 and 2021. Following government guidelines, the bank reduced its operating hours to 4 hours from 10AM to 2PM (although this may have varied in certain branches). Additionally, the bank operated with a reduced workforce of not more than 50% (or even less in some branches) to ensure the safety and well-being of its staff and customers.

After the lockdown period in 2020 and 2021, ICICI Bank has resumed its regular business hours in 2022. Currently, the bank operates from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, which is its usual timing for customer service and branch operations. This change signifies a return to the pre-pandemic schedule, allowing customers to avail banking services during the specified hours.

ICICI Bank Timing for NEFT

ICICI Bank timings for NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) are as follows:

  1. Weekdays (Monday to Friday):
    • NEFT transaction initiation time: 8:00 AM
    • NEFT transaction cut-off time: 6:30 PM
  2. Saturdays:
    • NEFT transaction initiation time: 8:00 AM
    • NEFT transaction cut-off time: 1:00 PM

ICICI Bank timings for RTGS

As per the RBI notification effective from December 14, 2020, RTGS transactions can be made anytime and on any day through online and mobile banking modes. This means that there are no specific timings for RTGS transactions. However, if you prefer to visit the branch and conduct the transaction offline, you can refer to the ICICI Bank working hours mentioned in the table above for the branch timings. It’s important to note that the availability of RTGS services may vary based on the mode of transaction and the specific branch.

Bank of India Timings

Usually Bank of India operates from Monday to Friday, and the 1st & 3rd Saturday. The general Bank of India timings are as follows:

Morning Shift:

  • Opening Time: 10:00 AM
  • Closing Time: 5:00 PM

Note: The lunch break timing may vary from branch to branch, typically lasting from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

2nd & 4th Saturday:

  • Opening Time: 10:00 AM
  • Closing Time: 2:00 PM

These timings are subject to change and may vary based on the specific branch location.

 Bank of India NEFT Timing

Bank of India timing for (NEFT) National Electronic Funds Transfer) is as follows:

Monday to Friday:

  • NEFT transactions are processed from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Saturday:

  • NEFT transactions are processed from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, except for second and fourth Saturdays of the month.

NEFT transactions are not available on Sundays and bank holidays. The exact NEFT timing may vary depending on the bank’s internal processes and systems. For accurate and up-to-date information, please contact your nearest Bank of India branch or visit their official website.

Bank of India RTGS timings

Like other banks, Bank of India RTGS service is available during specific hours on working days. The RTGS timing for Bank of India is as follows:

  • RTGS transactions are processed from 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM, Monday to Friday
  • RTGS transactions are processed from 8:00 AM to 1:20 PM, Saturday

Please note RTGS transactions are not available on Sundays, bank holidays, and during non-working hours. 

Bank of India IMPS timings

The IMPS (Immediate Payment Service) facility of Bank of India allows customers to make instant fund transfers at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays. With IMPS, you can transfer funds to any bank account in India using various channels such as mobile banking, internet banking, or through the bank’s branch.

Bank of India’s IMPS service operates 24 hours a day throughout the week. This means that you don’t have to wait for a certain time to initiate IMPS transactions. You can do it in your convenience, regardless of the time or day. Whenever you transfer money, the amount will be received at the other end immediately. 

IMPS Limit

However, the bank may impose some limits on the amount which can be transferred at one time. limits may be different according to your account type, transaction mode, and the bank’s policies. It is advisable to check with Bank of India or refer to their official website for specific details on IMPS limits and any updates to the service.
