What are LEDs?
The LED stands for “Light Emitting Diode”, which is a semiconductor lamp that emits light when it is currently flowing through it. Scientific – electrons in a semiconductor will connect with electron holes, releasing energy in the form of photons. The acquisition of different colors of LEDs depends on the power of the photon – which is controlled by the force required for the electron to cross the semiconductor bandgap. It is well known that LED lights are superior to traditional incandescent lamps in all directions. These benefits make LEDs a popular choice for modern stage lighting. These include reduced energy consumption (and thus green), longevity, higher body strength, smaller size, and faster flexibility.
Different types of LED lights
Today’s stage Yellow River lighting industry LED lighting levels are mainly divided into three categories. They are called – Mobile LED Stage Lights, – Par & Flood LED Stage Lights, and – LED Bar Stage Lights. Therefore, in the case of PAR LEDs, the term “PAR” for stage lighting is misused, as PAR refers to a parabolic aluminized reflector (like older versions of PAR lamps), which are not included in LED PAR lamps.
Par LED lights are made from a printed circuit board with LEDs mounted on it. As a result, PAR LED Can lights look like old PARs can come out, and are often listed as such, even though the interior is now full of LED technology. Par/wash the LED light
The most common type of bath solution is the Par can. Par means “parabolic aluminized reflector”, but modern LED Par style step lamps do not include parabolic aluminized reflectors, and the term “Par” is still used to describe flood/wash LED lamps. LED strip lighting
One of the most expensive ways to get a high level of lighting is to buy LED strip lighting, especially for beginners or if you’re just lighting a small step. Popular with DJs, churches (see our church lights guide here), and small nightclub owners, LED bars to change what can be found in lower-budget lighting. As the name suggests, LED stage lighting lines have multiple individual lights mounted on a thin circuit board or “strip”. They usually operate on low voltage power and are therefore more environmentally friendly than buying your own bulbs.
Modern LED strip lighting will be equipped with multiple DMX modes and have multiple modes of operation. This means you can expect the best lighting effects out of the box when playing music – the best DJ step lights. This also means that LED line-level lighting is a possible “all-in-one” solution, as you can use them as bathroom lights or as incandescent lamps with attractive bench angles, depending on the mode of operation. You can also control colors using built-in color macros and dimming controls. Some LED strip stage lights even come with a strobe setting.
